Medicare Plan Changes Create New Challenges for St. Louis Beneficiaries During Annual Enrollment
NABIP-St. Louis Encourages Medicare Beneficiaries to Seek Guidance from Local, Licensed Insurance Professionals
ST. LOUIS, MO — With Medicare's Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) is underway, beneficiaries in the St. Louis metropolitan area, including communities on both sides of the Mississippi River, may face important decisions about their healthcare coverage for 2027. Changes to Medicare Advantage plans, including provider networks, benefits, premiums and out-of-pocket costs, make it especially important for beneficiaries to carefully review their current coverage and explore their options.
Medicare's Annual Enrollment Period runs from October 15 through December 7, giving eligible beneficiaries the opportunity to review their coverage and make changes for the coming year.
